Notably, this news follows Juan becoming embroiled in a shocking lawsuit filed against the university late last year.
As The Shade Room previously reported, the lawsuit argues Juan failed to take action after a player revealed he was sexually assaulted, harassed and blackmailed by assistant coach Lucian Brownlee.
Brownlee – who is accused of initially impersonating a woman to obtain offensive photos of the athlete – allegedly blackmailed him into a sexual act that was recorded. He then released the material after the student-athlete refused to comply with any further demands under the lawsuit.
Although the student updates Juan on the situation, both he and Coppin State are accused of failing to take proper action.

While we’re on the subject, we also have to point out that in the last part of the three-parter, Robyn Dixon spoke about how Juan handled the lawsuit The real housewives of the Potomac Season 7 reunion.
Despite the allegations against Juan, Robyn Dixon said that “that’s exactly how he handled the situation [she] want someone to handle the situation [her] own children”. We should add that she has not denied the student’s allegations against Lucian Brownlee.
Additionally, she announced that Juan’s name was included in the affair, essentially to serve as “clickbait to really move this story forward,” which she described as “unfortunate.”
