Carrum healtha digital marketplace where employers can purchase bundled healthcare services, announced that its network of Centers of Excellence will be integrated with the health navigation platform apree Health’s partner network to provide employees with access to affordable surgical treatment and cancer care.
Based in California, Carrum Health offers a values-based digital platform for self-funded employers. The Company offers a Center of Excellence network that provides associates with access to a care specialist to coordinate and guide them through the surgical and cancer treatment process.
Apree Health data-driven health navigation platform is a combination of health navigation companies Castlight Health and coordinated primary care company Vera Whole Health.
The Washington-based company provides digital engagement and advanced primary care through its platform called Apree Foundation, a cloud-native health data and technology platform that aggregates health data.
The company works with organizations that help navigate healthcare and partners with digital healthcare companies.
“By adding Carrum Health’s COE and Cancer program to our robust ecosystem of partner network, we offer employers an integrated experience that increases engagement and helps individuals access the right benefits exactly when it matters most,” says Tamar Rudnick, senior vice president of growth at Apree Health, said in a statement.

Carrum announced that it had scored a goal Raised $45 million in a Series B financing in May to expand its oncology service offering and scale its surgical care service lines. In 2021, the company closed a $40 million Series A funding round.
The San Francisco-based company has formed several partnerships, including with hinge healthintroducing an end-to-end musculoskeletal solution that connects Hinge’s digital musculoskeletal clinic with Carrum’s Center of Excellence platform.
Last year, Carrum has been added to the people-centric care navigation and pharmacy benefits platform Rightway, the ecosystem partnership program RightwayHub.
in 2021, Morgan HealthJP Morgan Chase’s healthcare company invested $50 million in Vera Whole Health.
In September, Castlight Health presented at Apree Health added more digital health partners to his network, including mental health startup Brightline and fertility company Kindbody.
