dr Chadha’s Green Cobb Salad

“This salad is my favorite because it’s easy to make and stays fresh in my lunch box. It’s high in protein, high in fiber, and has healthy fat and low carbs,” says Dr. Chadha.
Ingredients:

Great spinach salad

“I eat this salad twice a week out of conviction because it tastes healthy and gives me energy. This salad is packed with nutritious colorful veggies, fruits, legumes, whole grains, and seeds. Many of these ingredients are considered “superfoods” due to their high levels of nutrients and antioxidants, says Dr. Yang.

Salmon salad with balsamic dressing

“This is my favorite because it’s quick and easy to make! I cook the salmon in the air fryer and it’s ready in about 15 minutes. The vegetables are high in nutrients and fiber, which helps with satiety, and the salmon is a great source of protein,” says Dr. Might.
